CarWrapMaker is an independently operated digital design service for vehicle-wrap artwork editing, vehicle UV templates, 3D previews and AI artwork creation. Deliverables are digital images and software features. We do not sell physical vinyl or provide vehicle fitting, installation or shipping. The existing editor is free; AI generation consumes credits.
Provide accurate account information and have the legal capacity required in your location before using paid features. You are responsible for your account activity and for protecting your credentials. Do not share passwords or bypass access, credit or usage controls.
Starter is USD 9.90 for 260 credits. Pro is USD 19.90 for 600 credits. These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal; credits do not expire. Text generation costs 10 credits and reference-image generation costs 20. Check the final amount displayed at checkout before paying.
Payments take place on the hosted Waffo Pancake checkout. Review the collecting entity, currency and final amount there. Credits are granted only after a signed payment notification and server-side order verification; returning to a success page alone does not confirm payment.
Confirmed generation failures return the relevant credits. Tasks still unconfirmed after 60 minutes are closed with a single credit return; late results are not delivered or charged again. Contact support@carwrapmaker.com for duplicate charges, missing credits or refund requests, and see Payments and refunds. Confirmed refunds revoke the cumulative proportional credits and may leave a negative balance if credits have already been spent.
Upload only material you are entitled to use. You retain your existing rights and authorize us and necessary service providers to process that material to fulfill your request. Unlawful content, infringement, impersonation and disclosure of another person's private information without permission are prohibited. Respect applicable material and model licenses when using generated results.
Image generation uses Seedream 4.5 through Kie, without implying endorsement by the model brand. Our Acceptable use page also governs AI features and describes prohibited content, restrictions on real-person material, reporting and enforcement.
Pornography and NSFW: do not request pornographic, explicit sexual or sexually exploitative content.
Violence and gore: do not request graphic injury, torture, terrorist propaganda or content assisting mass violence or weapon-related harm.
Hate speech: do not generate hatred, dehumanization, violent threats or persecution targeting protected groups.
Child safety and CSAM: do not generate, upload or distribute sexualized, sexually exploitative or other abusive depictions of minors.
Deepfakes and impersonation: do not swap or undress a real person, or fabricate their intimate interactions, speech or actions, regardless of consent. Do not use results to impersonate people, brands or organizations.
Copyright and trademarks: do not create infringing work from material, characters, marks or other protected content you are not entitled to use. AI cannot establish ownership or replace permission checks; retain source and relevant authorization information.
AI generation is available to signed-in accounts with sufficient credits. Credit purchases remain disabled pending Waffo approval. Generation requests use maintained literal rules, Waffo Prompt Sift with semantic enforce, Cloudflare Qwen3.8-27b classification of prompts and reference images and then generated output, and Seedream’s additional filter. All four audit stages must allow before output delivery. This is not official Waffo approval or a guarantee that every policy or rights issue will be detected.
For content reports, rights complaints or appeals, email support@carwrapmaker.com with the job ID or relevant link, an explanation and relevant rights information. Do not attach illegal imagery, passwords or card details. The operator reviews reports manually and may request clarification. We do not promise round-the-clock staffing or a fixed automatic resolution time.
Rejected inputs or outputs are not delivered. Confirmed failures, or tasks still unconfirmed after 60 minutes, receive a single return of the relevant credits; late results are not delivered or charged again. For manually verified violations, we may require the relevant use to stop, stop delivery of affected tasks and delete specific media under our control. Credits and refunds follow Payments and refunds; request reconsideration through the same support address.
Review AI output for text, detail, proportion and UV-placement errors. We do not guarantee that results are unique, free of third-party rights or suitable for a particular purpose. A 3D preview is not a guarantee of a physical installation or in-car visualization. CarWrapMaker is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.
Generated files are retained for 30 days. Download your work promptly. Non-expiring credits do not mean indefinite file storage; keep your own backups.
Maintenance, faults, supplier restrictions or abuse may limit or interrupt the service. Existing order and credit records remain available for reconciliation; unconfirmed image tasks are not treated as delivered. Cloud project saving, community publishing and disabled features are not included as credit-pack deliverables.
Changes to these terms, prices or features are published on the relevant pages. Confirmed orders are handled according to their purchase terms and applicable law. These explanations do not exclude statutory consumer rights. Contact support@carwrapmaker.com for questions.
